The work of healing yourself isn’t always easy,
but it is always worth it.
It takes courage and immense strength to reach out for help. When you do, you want someone who will be able to meet you where you’re at because they’ve been where you are. Someone who is equipped to truly be with you on your path to healing.
Psychedelic Medicine has the potential to completely change your life.
My path to becoming The Spirit Nurse is deeply rooted in my personal healing journey with psychedelic medicines. Without proper treatment for my childhood trauma, I felt trapped in a cycle of depression, PTSD, anxiety, and substance abuse. After being the victim of a sexual assault which took me even deeper into my depression and addiction based coping strategies, I realized that I could no longer continue down the path I was on.
I made a decision to enter into recovery and 2 years later I learned about psychedelic medicine. Shortly after, I made a choice that would change the course of my life forever. After that first journey and the profound healing that came with it, I came to a soul-level knowing that it was my life purpose to share this medicine and it’s potent healing with others.
I didn’t know until I knew.
My life and career was preparation for my true Soul-Work
With over 26 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I've honed my skills in various healthcare roles. From working in the NICU-Post Partum as a Birth Doula to supporting low income mothers in Community Health, I’ve been perfectly molded to do this work.
I've dedicated my life to providing compassionate care to those in need. Those experiences combined with comprehensive training in Psychedelic Medicine have played a pivotal role in fostering the presence, compassion, and expertise essential for supporting those on the path of healing.
Though these experiences, I have learned first hand the art of creating and maintaining a truly safe, supportive and nurturing container for others.
Recently, I was invited to be a board member of the Kelly Weinberg Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides cancer support and advocacy in Williamsburg, VA.
I’m grateful to have learned from and met some of the leading hearts and minds in the Psychedelic Medicine movement.

My time as a nurse and doula, combined with extensive training in psychedelic medicine has prepared me to do this work.

I am committed to staying up-to-date on the ever changing legal landscape of Psychedelic Medicine
Aside from Ketamine and Cannabis, other Psychedelic Medicines such as MDMA and Psilocybin have been shown to be effective treatments for trauma and mental health challenges. Unfortunately these life-changing medicines are still illegal to use in a therapeutic setting.
Thankfully, the movement towards legalizing their use for healing is strong and making progress every day. When these medicines become legally available for the treatment of mental health, I will be poised and ready to add them to my offerings for your benefit.

I love camouflaging myself just to get an up close view of the hummingbirds that visit my home
I think cemeteries are beautiful places. I see the tombstones and sculptures as works of art that signify the sacredness of the grounds
